Examples
of what we do:
Pitch
correction in a mix. A
very common problem: great recording, but what a shame of that one
(or two..) bad note! Now, there are already many tools to correct
the pitch of a vocal or solo instrument, recorded on a separate
track. However, there are no tools available that can do this in
a finished mix, or a live mixed recording. Still, in more than 9
out of 10 cases it is possible with our selective
pitch correction technique, and can save an otherwise
unusable recording. If the mood and performance of a recording was
just right, but you missed one or two notes, you can now restore
this, and save your recording from being discarded.

Vocal enhancement:
we can also enhance/boost the vocal (or soloist) in a mix when it
is too soft or not prominent enough. We can also change the tonal
colour, equalisation or dynamics of the vocal, without affecting
the music!
Vocal
reduction : regular
equipment or software used for vocal elimination is based on stereo
cancellation. This is in fact a very crude method that always eliminates
much more than just the vocal, destroys the stereo image, and often
doesn't really work at all. CSP has developed its own methods, which
can be applied to a much wider range of audio material (e.g. mono
material) and has less effect on the backing music.

if you have a problem or request that audio engineers say can't
be done, try CSP Audio: it is our speciality to do what ''can't
be done''! And in case your problem is too difficult even for us,
at least you will have a good idea (advice is free of charge) of
what your options are, based on our extensive knowledge of what
techniques are out there.
